# CREX

> CREX is the Integrated Finance Environment: one intelligent workspace for real-estate finance teams (lenders, debt funds, investors and equity). It covers deal flow, loan management, asset management, risk management, reporting and an AI data room, with an AI Ally that cites its sources. Modules can be booked individually or as an integrated suite.

CREX is operated by CRE 42 GmbH and hosted in the European Union. It is built for investment analysts, portfolio managers, and lending and servicing teams who work from the first financing request to the quarterly investor report. The product language is English and German; the site is available at both, and the glossary in the full reference gives the German term for each concept.
